Trust is the first Guild Standard. Before a member picks up a cloth, you know how we handle your information, your keys, and who we send through the door.

Non-Disclosure Guarantee

What we see in your home or workplace stays there. Members do not discuss clients, take any photos, or share paperwork, layouts or anything else found on a job.

Vetting Standards

Every Guild member is identified, referenced and insured before they work. We check right to work, training, and that they will keep to Guild Standards. You get a named, vetted cleaner — not an unknown.

Access NI

Members who enter your premises hold an Access NI check — Northern Ireland’s official disclosure for unspent convictions. We will not send someone who has not cleared that step.

Key Holding Protocol

If we hold keys, they are logged, labelled without your address on the tag, and stored securely. Keys are signed out for the job and signed back in. We do not copy keys without written instruction. When a contract ends, keys come back to you.

Insurance Cover

Every job is backed by insurance. That includes treatment risks, damage to the property we work on, and loss of keys.
